- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Mix until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta evenly in the sauce.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, you can use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
