Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, corn, carrots)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots 32 oz

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, frozen mixed vegetables, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well until combined.
  5. Transfer the beef mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the beef mixture.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
