Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, frozen mixed vegetables, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well until combined.
- Transfer the beef mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the beef mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
