Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain off any excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, condensed cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Stir until well combined.
- Add the cooked egg noodles to the mixture and gently fold until evenly distributed.
- Pour the entire mixture into the prepared baking dish. Spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously over the top of the casserole.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the casserole is heated through.
Notes
For a richer flavor, you can add a dash of Worcestershire sauce to the ground beef mixture before combining with the soup and milk.
