- In a large pot, combine the elbow macaroni, vegetable broth, and milk. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat to medium and stir in the broccoli, bell peppers, and peas. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Remove the pot from heat and stir in the butter, garlic powder, onion powder, shredded cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy your creamy, cheesy veggie mac!
