Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 cup uncooked egg noodles
  • 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, uncooked egg noodles, frozen mixed vegetables, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

You can substitute the ground beef with turkey for a lighter option.
